Ages 18 – 80: Managing Employment Risk in a Multigenerational Workforce

Employers are facing a situation where in theory, they could have employees ranging from 18 to 80 in the workplace. This has huge implications for employers in terms of managing not only the needs and expectations of multigenerational workers, but also the employment risks associated with such a diverse workforce. It is critical for employers to be aware of the complex and constantly evolving state and federal laws impacting the employment of Millennials, Generation X and the Baby Boomers. This presentation will examine certain employment risks, including:

- Data privacy and security
- Age and disability discrimination
